Website use

You may use this website for lawful business purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit harmful content, misrepresent your identity, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Service descriptions

Website descriptions are general and may change. Features, integrations, implementation timing, usage allowances, and pricing are confirmed in writing before service begins. No website statement modifies a signed customer agreement.

No guaranteed results

Solarian AI does not guarantee call volume, appointment volume, revenue, cost savings, customer conversion, or any other specific business outcome. Results depend on factors outside our control, including the customer’s market, operations, data, and follow-up.

AI limitations and emergencies

AI systems can misunderstand callers or produce incorrect output. Customers must define escalation rules and maintain appropriate human oversight. Solarian is not a medical, legal, insurance, engineering, utility, or emergency service and is not a substitute for 911.

Intellectual property

The website, branding, copy, designs, workflows, and related materials are owned by Solarian AI or its licensors and may not be copied, republished, or exploited without written permission.

Third-party services

The services may rely on third-party platforms. Solarian is not responsible for outages, changes, or acts of third-party providers outside our reasonable control.
